It’s time to shine a light on the lived realities of Black men and boys. Time to move with purpose towards health, truth, brotherhood, and change. Time to amplify voices, because stories shift culture, and culture shapes futures.
A movement with a mission to challenge inequality, dismantle unhealthy norms like “men don’t cry” (reframed as “men cry differently”), and break generational cycles affecting Black men and boys across the UK and beyond.
About Us
AQ Community Coaching C.I.C is a grassroots initiative founded by AQ Ali, rooted in lived experience, cultural identity, and emotional truth. We create spaces where Black men and boys across the UK feel seen, heard, and supported to thrive.
Through culturally grounded coaching, mentoring, and storytelling, we help rewrite narratives — building emotional resilience, self-awareness, restored identity, and leadership. Our impact lives in the stories told, the lives transformed, and the cycles broken — one individual, one family, and one community at a time.
